Envee Community Guidelines
Rank clothes. Be kind. Keep it real. These rules keep Envee fun for everyone; breaking them can get content removed or your account suspended.
Be respectful
No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech. Attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality is never allowed. Slurs are blocked automatically and will be removed if they slip through. Do not post anyone's private information.
Keep it appropriate
No nudity, sexual content, or intimate images of anyone. No violent or shocking imagery. Envee is about clothes, not bodies.
Post only what's yours
Upload photos you took of your own clothes. Do not post other people's photos without their permission, and do not post copyrighted images you do not have rights to. Catalog product photos are provided by our catalog partner under license and belong to their owners.
Be honest
Do not impersonate people, brands, or Envee. No fake accounts. Do not manipulate rankings, likes, or follows with bots or multiple accounts. No spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.
Protect minors
Envee is for people 13 and older. Report anyone who appears to be underage. Any sexualization of minors is zero tolerance: the account is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
Nothing illegal
No illegal content, no counterfeit goods, no promotion of self-harm.
Reporting and blocking
- Report a comment by pressing and holding it. Report a member from their profile menu. Report an item or photo from the item's page.
- Block a member from their profile; you will no longer see each other's content.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours. To appeal a decision, email closetapp.mail@gmail.com.
Copyright and image removal
Copyright complaints and requests to remove intimate images are handled as described in our Terms of Service (sections 6 and 7). Intimate images posted without consent are removed within 48 hours.
Enforcement
Warning → content removed → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Repeat infringers are terminated.
